Is a surfactant recommended?

 

A non-ionic surfactant is recommended for best performance and improved coverage.

 

The optional Southern AG Surfactant add-on comes as a separate concentrated bottle and is mixed into your spray solution when preparing your application.

 

2 oz Surfactant Coverage:
At the recommended rate (5–10 mL per gallon):

 

• 2 oz bottle makes 6–12 gallons of final spray solution

General Mixing Guidelines

• Add surfactant LAST after all other products are fully mixed.
• Mix thoroughly before application.
• Apply as a foliar spray with thorough coverage of leaves, stems, crowns, and pest-prone areas.
• Movento® SC works systemically and may take several days to fully move throughout the plant.
• BotaniGard® 22WP works on contact and performs best with direct coverage of active pest populations.

• Spray both tops and undersides of leaves.
• Repeat applications may be needed for active or recurring infestations.
• Especially useful for hidden and root-feeding pests.
